When FileZilla connects, it will do so to the root directory of your account, so you must navigate to the 'public_html' folder. • On next dialog window type the name of the archive file and select the location on your computer, where the file should be stored. Click Continue. On dialog window choose types of items that should be included in the archive file. The public_html folder is the place where you *must* upload any file that you want to have available online. Optional: If you want to publish files to a subdirectory, to a subdomain, or to a parked domain, all you need to do is double-click on that folder to access it. Once you are in the folder you want to upload your files to, proceed to step 3. Step 3) Locate your website files in your computer. Once FileZilla is connected and you are in the 'public_html' folder of your web hosting account, you must locate the files you want to upload. Use the two panels shown below to browse your hard drive(s) and locate those files: Step 4) Upload your website files.
